CEL Welcomes Two Apprentices

Published - 2nd May 2023

Our factory is proud to welcome two new apprentices to our team. The addition of these individuals is a testament to our commitment to providing opportunities for the next generation of skilled workers. Our apprentices come from diverse backgrounds, bringing a wealth of experiences, knowledge, and perspectives to our workplace.

Both of our apprentices join us from Canterbury College where they are working toward their BTEC’s in sheet metal and engineering. With strong interests in hands-on work and an aptitude for problem-solving, they are both great fits for our team. They will be working alongside experienced technicians, learning the ins and outs of the modern machinery and equipment that we use to produce our clients’ products.

Our apprentices will receive hands-on training and mentorship from our experienced technicians, who will guide them in their growth and development as skilled workers. They will learn about the production process from start to finish, from the setup of machinery to the final inspection of products. This hands-on approach will give them a thorough understanding of the manufacturing process and equip them with the skills and knowledge needed to take on increasingly complex tasks.

The addition of our two new apprentices will not only benefit them, but also our company as a whole. As they grow and develop their skills, they will bring fresh ideas and perspectives to our workplace. We are confident that they will become valuable members of our team and contribute to our continued success.

We are thrilled to have our two new apprentices join us, and we look forward to supporting them in their growth and development as skilled workers. Our commitment to providing opportunities for the next generation of workers is a key part of our mission, and we are proud to play a role in shaping the future of the manufacturing industry.
