Contracts Engineering works with commercial OEMs across the UK, handling everything from Design for Manufacture through fabrication, welding, powder coating, and mechanical assembly. The clients we serve in this space make products that have to perform in public and outdoor environments: cycle hangars, access equipment, planters, seating, retaining walls, ducting, street furniture, and the hardware that sits behind them. Our role is to take the complexity of volume manufacturing out of their hands so they can concentrate on product development, specification, and growth. Every part of that work happens in our factory in Kent.

No. Our factory is structured for production runs, with the volumes and planning horizons to match. We do produce prototypes as part of the path to volume, including for new product launches, and that is where our process, planning and pricing are focused.
Yes. For most commercial clients we manage the full route from laser and punch profiling through folding, welding, in-house powder coating via Custom Wytelyne, and mechanical assembly. The product leaves us finished, packed, and ready for site or warehouse delivery.
