What we cut, and how we cut it
Laser cutting uses a focused beam to profile metal sheets and components to tight tolerance, with a speed and repeatability that no mechanical process can match. It is the starting point for most of what we build, the part that defines every downstream fold, weld, and finish. Our two fibre optic laser cutters run up to 24 hours a day, profile sheet sizes up to 3000mm x 1500mm, and cut across steel, stainless steel, and aluminium.
Etched part numbers, aesthetic marks, and production traceability
Fibre laser cutting provides more than just accurate cutting — it also enables high-quality etching, a feature many customers overlook. We regularly etch part numbers, batch codes, and production identifiers directly onto parts during the cutting operation, either for aesthetic reasons or to give clients full part traceability on site. This matters most for industrial clients running large batches of near-identical components, and for construction and hard landscaping clients installing hundreds of pieces across a project, where identifying parts on the ground is critical. Our in-house design team can lay etching and marking requirements into the cutting programme before production starts.
