Our Engineering & CAD Design service provides 3-D CAD design, with projects built exactly to our customers' requirements. We prepare a complete set of 3-D approval drawings, then once approved we prepare internal engineering drawings and begin manufacture.

We combine our highly skilled operators working across two shifts and our broad range of machinery to provide a complete steel and aluminium folding, forming and rolling service. Materials process include sheet, plate tube, angle and box section materials in stainless steel, mild steel and aluminium. Robotic Welding

Robotic Welding

We have invested in robotic welding technology and Cobot to scale our production. Our robots weld up to 25,000 of the same part per annum to consistent welding parameters. Our Cobot does the same for lower volume fabrications where it is paired with a skilled fabricator. Our welding robotics investments allowed us to be selected as one of six MAKE UK 2020 Innovation Leaders.

From our 34,000 sq ft factory in Sittingbourne, Kent, we handle the full fabrication route in-house: laser cutting, CNC turret punching, folding and forming, manual and robotic welding, powder coating through our sister company, and mechanical assembly. A modern SQL-based ERP system and over three decades of engineering experience on the management team keep production planned, traceable, and predictable.
