How we build quality in, step by step
Quality starts at drawing review, checking tolerances, critical-to-function features and revision control before a machine is turned on. Once production runs, we hold First Article Inspections, in-process checks at each operation, between stages and a final QA review by a trained inspector. ISO 9001:2015 accreditation with the British Standards Institute sits across all of it. Quality Spills is one of the two Core KPIs the whole team is measured on, and when quality and delivery targets are met, the whole team shares in the bi-annual profit share.
